Member Experience & Engagement Specialist

YMC Inc

The YMCA is seeking a Member Experience Representative to strengthen member engagement, growth and retention through authentic, personal relationships and excellent service. You will handle new member orientation, program registrations and inquiries while collaborating with wellness staff to ensure a welcoming environment. Responsibilities include greeting members, explaining benefits, tours, scheduling sessions, and processing ID cards and registrations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
