Nephrologist

Board Eligible or Board Certified in Nephrology.

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Physician specializing in Nephrology to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide expert diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients with kidney-related conditions, including chronic kidney disease, electrolyte imbalances, hypertension, and end-stage renal disease. Your expertise will help improve patient outcomes through comprehensive care, innovative treatment approaches, and collaborative clinical practices. JOB DUTIES

• Conduct thorough patient assessments including medical history review, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations specific to nephrology.


• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate medication management, dialysis coordination, and lifestyle modifications.


• Manage inpatient and outpatient nephrology cases across various settings, ensuring continuity of care.


• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic and other EMR platforms to document patient encounters accurately and efficiently.


• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including radiology for medical imaging interpretation, cardiology for cardiovascular-nephrology overlap, and endocrinology for metabolic disorders.


• Educate patients on disease management strategies including nutrition, medication adherence, and lifestyle changes to optimize health outcomes.

Salary/Compensation: $239,200 - $245,000 per year
