Director of Operations

Lead multi-community operations, ensuring quality care, service and compliance Recruit, develop and manage Executive Directors and leadership teams Drive occupancy growth, revenue strategy and market positioning Oversee P&L performance, budgeting, labor and financial outcomes Use data, reporting and KPIs to improve operational performance Partner with Sales, Care, HR and Finance to execute strategic initiatives Ensure regulatory compliance, quality assurance and risk management Drive customer experience, engagement and service excellence Lead change initiatives, succession planning and leadership development Requirements 5+ years operational leadership experience (multi-site preferred) Strong P&L, financial management and business strategy expertise Experience in senior living, healthcare or hospitality preferred Proven ability to lead teams, drive results and manage performance Strong analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership ability Ability to travel and manage multiple priorities Core Competencies Demonstrates extensive operational leadership in multi-community settings, with a strong focus on P&L management, financial strategy, and regulatory compliance.
