Title: RN – Registered Nurse Department Pool – PACU “We dedicate our lives to caring for yours” Position Description BayCare Health System is currently seeking a PRN/Pool Registered Nurse to join our outstanding and compassionate PACU team at Bartow Regional Medical Center. The RN Responsibilities Include Independently caring for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards. Delegating appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team. Professional accountability and development. Direct contact with the child and has primary responsibility for providing personal care assistance and supervision to a child. Performing the role of preceptor and charge nurse when assigned. Qualifications Certifications and Licensures BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification is required RN (Registered Nurse) license is required ACLS Certification is required Nurse Specialty certification is preferred Education Associates degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma is required Bachelors degree in Nursing is preferred Experience 18 months of RN experience is required. 1 year of RN experience in PACU, critical care and/or emergency is preferred Specific Skills Interpersonal skills Critical thinking skills Clinical skills appropriate to position Facility Bartow Regional Medical Center Location Bartow, FL Status Pool, Exempt: No Shift Hours 6:45 AM - 3:00 PM Shift Varies Weekend Work Occasional On Call Yes How often will this team member be working remotely?
