Position Overview We are seeking Pediatric Dental Assistants, Patient Care Coordinators, and Receptionists to support our pediatric dental office operations on Sundays. The ideal candidates will have a passion for working with children and a commitment to delivering high-quality care and service. Pediatric Dental Assistant Responsibilities Assist the dentist during dental procedures. Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment. Take and develop dental X-rays. Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene practices. Maintain accurate patient records. Receptionist Responsibilities Greet patients and families with a warm and friendly demeanor. Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar. Handle phone calls and respond to inquiries. Process patient check‑ins and check‑outs. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Patient Care Coordinator Responsibilities Coordinate patient care activities and ensure smooth patient flow. Communicate with patients and families regarding treatment plans and follow‑up care. Assist with insurance verification and billing inquiries. Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality. Provide support to the dental team as needed. Requirements Pediatric Dental Assistant: Certification as a Dental Assistant (preferred). Experience in a pediatric dental setting (preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Receptionist: Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role (preferred). Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in using dental office software and scheduling systems. Friendly and professional attitude. Patient Care Coordinator: Previous experience in a healthcare or dental office setting (preferred). Strong organizational and communication skills.
