TEAM LEADER

- Es responsable por el cumplimiento de procesos establecidos por To Go Stores y/o mayoristas.
- Supervisa la ejecución del trabajo asignado a los “Team Member”, tanto en el área de caja como en el área de ventas.
- Es responsable en asistir al cumplimiento de manejo de inventario, presupuesto de ventas, gastos, inspecciones y auditorías. Además del cumplimiento de regulaciones estatales y federales (entre ellas OSHA, EPA y JCA).
- Vigila y asiste en la supervisión de las compras de mercancía, asiste al gerente y asistente en asegurarse que cada servicio que impacta la venta esté en el debido funcionamiento.
- Comunica los problemas relacionados a los empleados, inventario, situaciones técnicas y de servicio al cliente.
- Asiste al Gerente y al Asistente de la Tienda en cubrir los turnos de trabajo cuando sea necesario.
- Provee un servicio al cliente rápido y cortés y maneja situaciones con los clientes.
- Prepara informes requeridos por la empresa, tales como el reporte de 24 horas, “Survey” de los competidores, cuadres de caja y cuadre de loto entre otros.
- Mantener áreas de la tienda limpia y organizada, así como mantener las áreas de ventas abastecidas con mercancía.
- Responsable en cambiar precio de gasolina cuando se le requiera.
- Responsable de la rotación efectiva de la mercancía en el área de venta como en el almacén.
- Desempeñar las tareas y responsabilidades esenciales de los miembros de equipo.
