Travel RN

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is assisting our client with hiring a Travel Registered Nurse in Needham, MA . This role is in person / onsite. Please read below and apply with an updated resume for consideration.

Location: Coverage areas - Boston and surrounding regions including but not limited to: South Boston, Dorchester, Back Bay, Roxbury, Beacon Hill, South End

Type: 4-month contract with potential for extension

Schedule: Mon- Fri, 8am- 4:30pm

Pay: $53.92 to $55.92 per hour

Responsibilities of the Travel RN:

• Initiates, develops, implements, and makes necessary revisions to the plan of care in collaboration with the physician and other health care professionals involved in care.

• Directly and/or indirectly supervises care provided by the home health aides and licensed practical vocational nurses, provides instruction as appropriate, and assigns tasks according to State and federal regulations. Also provides required supervisory visits.

• Provides high-quality clinical services within the scope of practice and within infection control standards, in accordance with the plan of care, and in coordination with other members of the health care team.

• Accurately and timely completes the comprehensive assessments (OASIS) including medication reconciliation.

• Accurately and thoroughly documents patient visits per policy, and payer requirements and syncs timely per policy.

Qualifications of the Travel RN:

• Massachusetts RN License

• Nursing home care experience with emphasis on post-acute patients and assisted living patients.
