Senior Tax Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee tax compliance, planning, and preparation activities.
- Review and approve complex federal and state tax returns.
- Advise clients on tax strategies, regulations, and compliance matters.
- Manage tax audits and resolve tax-related issues.
- Mentor and develop junior tax staff.
- Stay current on tax laws and industry regulations.
- CPA designation required.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5-7+ years of tax management or public accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of tax compliance, tax planning, and tax law.
- Proven leadership, client management, and team development skills.
- Experience with tax and accounting software.
