Job Summary
Operating Room (OR) Nurse in Baltimore, Maryland. This role involves rotating day shifts based on a 2x8 and 2x12 schedule, with opportunities to provide perioperative patient care across various surgical specialties. The position requires a versatile and experienced healthcare professional capable of supporting a dynamic surgical environment within the facility.

Job Details

• Schedule: Days, rotating 2x8 and 2x12 shifts (07:00-15:30 / 07:00-19:30) with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Two (2) years of experience as an Operating Room Nurse, active Maryland or Compact License, BLS certification, and CNOR certification preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: Community hospital experience and trauma level II experience are advantageous.
• Float: Float within the perioperative scope, including pre-op and post-anesthesia care unit (PACU) as needed.
• Additional Information: This role is for an OR Nurse capable of circulating and scrub duties, with flexibility for on-call, weekends, and holidays as scheduled. Candidates must have surgical experience covering a wide range of procedures, including general, neuro, orthopedic, and trauma surgeries. Onboarding requires completing necessary compliance documentation within five days prior to start, and candidates must be comfortable floating within the surgical scope without restrictions.
