• Maintain minor and routine painting, electrical, and other maintenance activities using hand tools.

Other duties as assigned. * Performs various maintenance duties such as installation and repair to fixtures in * Troubleshoots and repairs minor plumbing and electrical problems; replaces a variety of light bulbs and lighting accessories. * Performs preventative maintenance in and around facilities.
