Qualifications and Experience:

• Hold a valid Speech-Language Pathology license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
• Demonstrated experience providing speech and language therapy in a school environment.

• Exceptional communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate closely with educators, administrators, and families to support individual education plans (IEPs).
• Up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based practices and legal compliance related to special education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver targeted speech and language interventions to students with identified communication needs.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine eligibility and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expert input on speech-language goals and progress.
• Maintain thorough records, track student progress, and provide timely updates to staff and families.
• Adapt therapy approaches to address diverse communication challenges and ensure equitable education access.
• Consult and collaborate with school staff to integrate communication strategies within classroom environments.
