JP’s Gluten Free Bakery & Pastry in Durham is looking for friendly, reliable, and customer‑focused individuals to join our team. If you enjoy working in a positive environment and being part of a mission‑driven local bakery, we’d love to hear from you.
Position: Retail AssociateHours: Part and Full Time JP's Pastry Durham retail store is seeking a Retail Associate. The Durham store is open seven days per week. We are seeking an associate with options for full time and part time as well as weekend help.
What You’ll Do
- Provide warm, welcoming customer service
- Assist with sales, and check customers out at the register
- Support daily store operations
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Help create a great experience for every guest
What We’re Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliability and punctuality
- Comfort working with customers
- Weekend availability preferred
- No prior experience required — we’ll train you
