Senior Corporate Accountant
Southern Management Companies
Prepare monthly and quarterly corporate financial statements Manage account reconciliations and intercompany transactions Analyze financial data to support budgeting and forecasting initiatives Monitor expenses and investigate variances Review fixed assets and ensure compliance with accounting standards Support internal control improvements and strategic company initiatives Partner with the Corporate Controller, Property Managers, AP team, and other departments Mentor and support junior accounting team members What we're looking for: Bachelor's degree in Accounting 5+ years of accounting experience Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Advanced Excel proficiency Excellent communication and organizational skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
