Key Responsibilities of the RN - NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care

• Provide specialized nursing care to newborns in the NICU
• Monitor and assess patients' conditions and vital signs
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to create care plans
• Educate parents and families on infant care and health

Requirements of the RN - NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care

• Active RN license in the state of Minnesota
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
• Minimum of 1 year of NICU experience
