Youth Specialist

We are hiring Youth Specialists at the Farano Center to support youth in a structured, supportive, and therapeutic environment. These are ongoing openings, and we welcome applicants for full-time and evening availability. As the Youth Specialist & Child Care Worker, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through: Provide daily care, supervision, and emotional support to residents and their children (if applicable) Ensure the health, safety, and welfare of all residents at all times Supervise youth during visits with family members or identified visitors, following Family Plans and case plans Plan and implement a balanced daily routine and group living experiences Provide coverage at any CMS residential program as assigned Transport clients to school, medical appointments, court dates, visitation, or other activities Youth Specialist & Child Care Worker Minimum Salary: $17.00/hour Youth Specialist & Child Care Worker Maximum Salary: $20.00/hour Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED 1 - 3 years of experience of working with a diverse population Valid driver's license Must remain awake and alert during entire shift, including overnight Must remain on shift until next shift arrives and is briefed Must work holiday and weeks when part of the regular schedule We value work-life balance and offer some stellar benefits: For benefit-eligible positions: Generous Time Off (as an eligible employee, you will accrue up to 23 days off in your first year, based on your standard work day) A collaborative work environment Employee Assistance Program Ongoing training and development Recognition and Awards A collaborative team culture Catholic Charities is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer, fostering a workplace where every individual can shine their brightest.
