Supplier Performance And Logistics Finance Associate DirectorThe Supplier Performance and Logistics Finance Associate Director position offers a high visibility opportunity to help lead Raytheon OSCQ efforts to accelerate and scale production in the context of a supply-constrained defense market. Raytheon's customers need increased volumes of munitions and other defense products creating a need for accelerated deliveries and scale across Raytheon's supply base.Sitting at the intersection of Raytheon's supply base and the financial resources that enable acceleration, this Associate Director position will focus on financially enabling the business to accelerate existing material backlog. Analytical and investment efforts will focus on embedded support in Raytheon's suppliers, such as Supplier Engineering and Supplier Quality as well as the material flow with Logistics that will carry the input components to the production lines where they are needed.In addition, this Associate Director role will lead the small business capacity risk mitigation workstream by driving an analytical cadence across Raytheon's small business dependencies to ensure that investments are appropriately positioned to enable growth. Growth enablement will also likely require unique Raytheon-supplier partnerships through supplier engineering and supplier quality given, what is often, limited in-house expertise meeting high growth expectations.Successful candidates will have a strong background in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain or related fields as well as experience building teams. Candidates should also be comfortable with executive communication as well as building / enhancing business processes and tools.What You Will DoProvide analytical support to Supplier Performance Excellence and Logistics teamsAccelerate material into Raytheon's factories by supporting near-term investment initiatives such as expedite agreements, capacity investment incentives, supplier CORE engagements, etcFinancially enable acceleration incentives on all critically constrained backlog material evaluating economic considerations from the supplier's point of view and Raytheon ROILead small business capacity risk mitigation and investment workstreamIdentify and implement opportunities to accelerate material backlog in partnership with OSCQ Strategy Finance, S&OP, OSCQ SBU FinanceProvide budgetary support to Supplier Performance Excellence and Logistics functions including Forecast, AOP, LRP, Pool EACs (direct, indirect, CER pools)Monitor warehouse and transportation utilization and proactively model volume-driven Logistics' financial needsSupport Supplier Engineering and Supplier Quality activities with ad hoc financial / data modeling including external supplier engagement as necessaryAct as a strategic business partner for ad hoc financial / data modeling needsHighly motivated and take initiative, proactively identifying opportunities to accelerate material into Raytheon's factoriesAble to proactively drive financial performance including identifying key success enablers for Operations and other down-stream functionsCapable of standing up a team and designing cross-functional, results-oriented business processesAble to influence without authority and build consensus among executive-level stakeholdersMust be willing to travel to suppliers, work with embedded Raytheon Engineering and Quality supportAble to lead others in turning complex data into clear insights that drive actionQualifications You Must HaveTypically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years experience.Experience in analytical, problem?solving, modeling, and executive communication skillsExperience supporting supply chain, operations, or manufacturing environmentsThe ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
