Growth Product Manager About This Role We’re hiring a Growth Product Manager to build a product-led growth motion for YipitAgent, our company's latest flagship product. You’ll own the customer journey from first impression through paid conversion: how prospects discover YipitAgent, understand its value, start a trial, become deeply engaged, and convert into paying customers. Your work may span our SEO/AEO strategy, trial UX, in-product engagement, lifecycle communications, and pricing/packaging. You’ll collaborate closely with core product, design, engineering, data, marketing, and customer-facing teams. What Success Looks Like - Organic inbounds become our primary channel for new customer acquisition.

- More visitors start trials and reach meaningful value quickly. - Trialists engage deeply and consistently throughout their trials. - More trialists convert into paying customers. - Measurable increases in active users per account. Key Responsibilities - Optimize our SEO/AEO by leveraging our proprietary data and the latest technologies & tactics. - Own and improve the growth funnel from acquisition through trial activation, engagement, conversion, and re-engagement. - Define and measure clear goals and success metrics for each stage of the customer journey. - Discover ‘aha’ moments through interviews, behavioral data, funnel analysis, and experimentation and incorporate those moments into the UX appropriately. - Design and optimize trial onboarding, in-product education, activation moments, and upgrade experiences. - Develop engagement and re-engagement tactics, including proactive and personalized lifecycle touchpoints. - Incorporate growth tactics into the core product experience so engagement reinforces itself and spreads to other users. - Explore and test pricing, packaging, and trial structures that improve conversion while preserving customer trust. - Partner with designers and engineers to prototype, launch, measure, and iterate on new experiences. - Build a disciplined experimentation practice that balances rapid learning with a coherent customer experience.
