Oversee the daily operations of our Danbury office to ensure a smooth and productive workflow.

Drive revenue growth by actively seeking out new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships.

Provide hands-on leadership and support to our sales and service staff to foster a collaborative work culture.

Maintain high standards of client advocacy by ensuring every policyholder receives thoughtful and accurate advice.

Review and analyze agency performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and expansion.

Represent The Atlantic District within the Danbury community to build our reputation and brand presence.

Active Connecticut Property & Casualty Insurance Producer License.

Documented track record of success in insurance sales and business development.

Demonstrated ability to lead teams and mentor staff members.

Deep understanding of the local Connecticut insurance market and regional risk profiles.

Proficiency in agency management systems and standard office software suites.

Strong organizational skills for managing both client portfolios and internal office workflows.
