Aviation Operations Manager: Lead Project Teams & Quality
West Star Aviation Inc.
West Star Aviation is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for our Statesville, NC hangar. You will lead the Project Manager/Shift Manager teams, oversee third-party vendors, engineering support, payroll, timecards, and vacations, and drive a best-practices, continuous-improvement culture to deliver aircraft on-time, on-budget, and defect-free. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in Aircraft Maintenance with management experience, a BS in a related field, an FAA A&P license, and proficiency #J-18808-Ljbffr West Star Aviation Inc.
