# Job Opportunity – ICU Registered Nurse – Texas Start Date: September 28, 2026
Location: Corpus Christi, Texas
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Day or Night shifts available, 1:1 or 1:2 patient ratios, every other weekend required, occasional call for scheduled shift only Highlights:

• 24-bed Intensive Care Unit with a dedicated team of approximately 50 staff members
• Advanced critical care environment with ventilators, Swan-Ganz catheters, Impellas, and balloon pumps
• Comprehensive procedures including intubation, central lines, bronchoscopy, EVDs, ICP monitoring, pacers, and bolts
• Structured shifts with 1 Charge Nurse, 12 RNs, and unit support staff per shift
• Minimal floating requirements (only to one other ICU unit)
• Royal blue scrub dress code

Requirements:

• Active Texas RN license or ability to obtain
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• ICU experience is mandatory; candidates without critical care experience will not be considered
• Level 1 or 2 trauma experience strongly preferred
• Cardiovascular surgery experience preferred
• Excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor
