\nPosition Highlights:
\n- \n
- Immediate patient volume with established, growing practice \n
- State-of-the-art cancer center; COC-accredited; ASCO-certified; QOPI-Certified \n
- Strong collaboration with Siteman Cancer Center for referrals and support \n
- Experienced, collaborative team of physicians and nurse practitioners \n
- On-site infusion pharmacy; oral oncology pharmacist; PET/CT; Paxman scalp cooling; grant-funded nutrition station; 18 chair infusion center \n
- Hospital-connected clinic adjacent to general surgery, urology, radiation oncology, and more \n
- On-site support staff include dedicated nurse navigators, dietitian, social worker, financial navigator, triage nurse, RN coordinator, and LPN or MA \n
- 50/50 hematology and oncology case mix \n
- 3:1 call \n
- Epic EMR and Dax CoPilot \n
Core Responsibilities:
\n- \n
- Diagnose blood disorders and cancers \n
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans \n
- Manage side effects and complications \n
- Coordinate multidisciplinary care with other specialists \n
- Educate and support patients \n
- Deliver an exceptional level of attention and care to all patients \n
Qualifications and Experience:
\n- \n
- Board Eligible/Board Certified Physician in Hematology/Oncology \n
- Experience serving as a collaborating physician with Advance Practice Providers \n

- This is a full-time position located within the Delbert Day Cancer Institute at Phelps Health in Rolla, Missouri. \n
