Physical Therapist (PT) – Full-Time Autumn Lake at New Britain | New Britain, CT $45–$50/hour | Full-Time | Benefits Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join the rehabilitation team at Autumn Lake at New Britain. This role offers the opportunity to provide individualized care while helping residents improve movement, rebuild strength, and work toward greater functional independence. What You'll Do Complete physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care Provide skilled treatment focused on strength, balance, gait, transfers, endurance, and mobility Establish functional goals and monitor resident progress throughout treatment Adjust treatment approaches based on clinical findings and resident response Educate residents and caregivers on exercises, mobility strategies, and safety Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with PTAs, OT, SLP, nursing, and other members of the interdisciplinary team What We Offer $45–$50/hour Full-time position Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Paid time off and holiday pay Continuing education support Collaborative rehabilitation team Short-term rehabilitation and long-term care caseload Opportunities for professional development and advancement Qualifications Active Connecticut Physical Therapist license required Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required New graduates are welcome to apply If you're a Physical Therapist looking for a supportive environment where you can help residents make meaningful progress, we'd love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
