A growing wealth management firm is seeking a client-facing Financial Planner to join its advisory team. This is an opportunity to work with affluent clients through every stage of the planning process, delivering comprehensive advice while building long-term relationships in a collaborative, planning-focused environment.

This role will lead client engagement from onboarding through ongoing financial planning, helping individuals and families navigate complex financial decisions with confidence and clarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead clients through the financial planning process from onboarding through implementation and ongoing reviews.
• Develop and present comprehensive financial plans tailored to client goals and evolving needs.
• Partner with attorneys, CPAs, and other professionals to coordinate planning strategies.
• Build trusted client relationships through proactive communication and ongoing guidance.
• Contribute to planning initiatives, process improvements, and enhancements to the client experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of financial services experience, including developing and presenting financial plans.
• CFP®, RICP®, or similar designation preferred (or actively pursuing certification).
• Experience working with pre-retirees, retirees, and high-net-worth clients.
• Strong knowledge of retirement planning, investments, insurance, tax considerations, and wealth management strategies.
• Experience with financial planning software and CRM platforms.
