  Perform diagnostic testing on blood, tissue, and other patient specimens utilizing automated and manual laboratory methods

  Analyze, verify, and report laboratory results with a high level of accuracy

  Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation

  Adhere to quality control and quality assurance standards

  Support laboratory operations by following established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

  Exercise independent judgment when evaluating specimens and test results

  Collaborate with laboratory colleagues and healthcare providers to ensure exceptional patient care

  Assist in maintaining a safe and compliant laboratory environment

  Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, Biology, or a related scientific field

  Florida Clinical Laboratory Technologist license (active or eligible) required

  Completion of an accredited laboratory training program or equivalent laboratory experience

  Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
