Instead of managing from the sidelines, you will dive deep into code to unblock engineers, optimize data pipelines, and keep our supply chain logistics running seamlessly so products reach store shelves clean and fresh.This position is based out of the Piscataway, NJ location. Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position.The Impact You’ll MakeServe as the hands-on lead resolving technical blockers across Python, SQL, Snowflake, and dbt pipelines.Act as primary backup to the Data Architect, performing GitHub PR reviews to enforce testing, quality, and platform standards.Ensure all engineering aligns with modern cloud data warehousing and orchestration standards (Airflow / GKE).Deliver high-impact datasets for core metrics (OTIF, Forecast Accuracy, Inventory) sourced from SAP, Kinaxis, and WMS/TMS tools.Manage sprint backlogs, project timelines, internal engineers, and third-party consultants across concurrent initiatives.What You'll Bring to The TeamRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related quantitative field.5+ years in Data EngineeringHands-on experience with Python, SQL, dbt, Airflow.Data Warehouse experience (Snowflake preferred).Preferred QualificationsBackground in Consumer Packaged Goods or high-volume retail/logistics environments.Exposure to automated testing tools like Great Expectations, Monte Carlo, or dbt tests.Compensation and BenefitsSalary Range $115,200.00 - $174,000.00 USDPay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year).
