This role also functions as a Personal Training Manager, overseeing coaching staff, driving training quality, and ensuring a high-level member experience. This is a hands‑on leadership role. You’ll coach athletes, develop staff, and drive performance across the facility. If you enjoy leading from the front and building a strong team culture, this role gives you real ownership.
