Contact for Pharmacy and authorizations. Performs enemas in office. Perform biofeedback therapy.\n\n\nClinic Details:\n\n Location: 6465 South Yale Avenue, Suite 420 - William Building\n Number of exam rooms: 12\n BHT in clinic\n Anorectal Manometry testing and biofeedback therapy done in clinic\n Working on IB Stem\n\n\nHospital Privileges: \n\n The Children’s Hospital at Saint Francis\n\n\nSchedule:\n\n Clinic Hours: Mon- Fri 8:00am-4:30pm\n Last Friday of every month is used as an administration day by most providers.\n Endoscopy – 1 day/wk\n\nCall:\n\n 1:4, Mon-Mon, 8a-8a (Physician is on call 24/7 for a full week)\n Duties: covering hospital pages, after hours for the clinic and foreign body, hospital consults\n Primary for foreign body call\n Call rotation is 10 days/ month, per Ped’s GI Provider\n Reduced clinic schedule when on call, it is physician preference when they round\n\n\nExpected Volume:\n\n Endoscopy half to one day per week\n Clinic four days per week\n 15-18 patients per day in clinic\n Consults vary. Average inpatient census is about 5 -10.\n\n\nReferral Pattern:\n\n Internal Pediatricians and other pediatric sub specialties.\n Private groups, there are only 3 current providers in the Eastern OK area.\n\n\nTeaching Opportunity:\n\n Yes – up to physician preference\n Pediatric Residents from OU and OSU\n Residents are currently scheduled with on call provider and help cover in patient service. They also see patients with the provider in clinic.\n\n\nHighlights:\n\n 102 Pediatricians on Staff, 65 specialists\n\n\nPediatric Endoscopy Suite Information\n\n\n There is one dedicated procedure room.\n \n 1 RN and 1 Scrub Tech per room\n Dedicated Pediatric Pre-Op nurses and Pediatric Recovery nurses\n \n Equipment:\n \n Olympus 190 processors\n (1) 180N scope\n (3) XP190 scope\n (2) H190 scope\n (8) Pedi colon scopes\n Two endo processing technicians in the scope room to ensure high level disinfect the scopes in a timely manner for the indicated procedures\n \n\n\nChildren’s Hospital: \n\n\n 150 beds\n Basement: Infusion center, Day Hospital- 11 rooms, 2 procedure rooms\n \n Infusion Clinic hours are 9a-9p\n IBD Infusions Suites for biologics.\n \n Lobby: Admitting, St. Jude’s clinic (8th affiliate in the world – allows our children to have access to their protocols)\n PICU 20 beds – ECMO, CVVH, CT Scanner on the Floor (Tesla MRI is installed across the hall)\n NICU – 58 beds (50 NICU, 8 L&D) – one of the 1st ECMO programs in the state, established in 1988, Level IV (4) NICU\n
