Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performing hemodialysis procedures and demonstrate professionalism and reliability in their role.

The typical schedule will be from 4 AM to 7 PM, with the possibility of early dismissal on certain days based on patient needs or fluctuations in hospital hours.

Key responsibilities include:

• Operate and monitor B-Braun dialysis machines effectively.
• Provide high-quality patient care during dialysis treatments.
• Assist in opening and closing procedures, ensuring all protocols are followed.
• Display leadership qualities, mentoring new team members as needed.
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to deliver optimal care.

Qualifications include:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician.
• Valid BLS and CCHT certifications are required.
• Experience with B-Braun dialysis machines is essential.
• Proven track record of dependability and minimal absenteeism.
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and patient needs.
• Prior experience in a Lead CCHT position is preferred.
