Head of Sales - T&D Software Solutions (USA)

Leading global company in Digital Energy Solutions is looking for a Head of Sales to lead and expand its footprint in the United States market within the Transmission & Distribution (T&D) software domain . This is a strategic leadership role focused on driving growth across utility software solutions , working with top-tier energy companies and leading large, complex deals in the energy transition space. Responsibilities & Qualifications Define and execute the sales strategy for T&D software solutions across the U.S. Lead high-value, complex sales cycles with utilities, energy markets, and large energy users Build and manage C-level relationships , positioning the company as a strategic partner Grid operations & control room solutions Asset Performance Management Energy trading & transaction systems IT/OT integration across utilities Lead RFPs, proposals, and negotiations for large-scale deals Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and delivery teams 10+ years of experience in sales / business development in the energy sector Strong background in T&D, utilities, or grid software solutions Experience selling enterprise software / digital solutions to utilities Strong exposure to SCADA, EMS, ADMS, or grid digitalization Established relationships with U.S. utility companies (C-level preferred) Strategic mindset with strong consultative selling skills Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States Additional Information Salary: $250,000 – $300,000 + sales incentive Why This Role?
