Fast-Casual Shift Leader

Fast-Casual Shift Leader Key Details

Pay: Starting at $18/hour (raises after 30 days + annually)
Hours: 35–40 per week
Schedule: Open availability required (days, nights, weekends)
Includes 2–3 closing shifts per week

Fast-Casual Shift Leader Responsibilities

Provide a positive, memorable experience for every guest
Work as part of a team to meet daily goals
Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and efficiency
Lead by example through attitude and work ethic

Fast-Casual Shift Leader Qualifications

Must be 18+ years old
1–2 years of food & beverage experience required
Able to work 35+ hours weekly with flexible availability
