Territory Sales Manager

Job Summary (Territory Sales Manager Quebec):

- Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of existing laboratory accounts in Greater Montreal and Quebec City
- Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities in clinical, life science, industrial, and research labs
- Conduct regular on-site client visits to recommend laboratory equipment (e.g., cold storage, incubators) and consumables
- Oversee and participate in institutional bidding and RFP processes
- Collaborate with in-house technical teams to coordinate equipment installation and maintenance
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline tracking, forecasting, and reporting
- Serve hospitals, universities, research institutions, and government labs
- Work remotely and independently, with extensive travel throughout the territory
- Communicate fluently in both French and English
- Leverage 3 5+ years B2B outside sales experience in medical devices, lab equipment, or scientific consumables
- Utilize a background in Biology, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or Business Administration
- Hold a valid driver's license and be comfortable with a flexible, field-based schedule
