As a Pharmacy Technician , you'll be responsible for answering incoming calls and completing outbound calls to/from patients, physicians and pharmacists while ensuring a high level of customer service and maximized productivity. Schedule: Monday - Saturday - 40 Hours per week with shifts between 8 AM - 7 PM PST - Hours may change based on business needs

Location: 4805 W Tropicana Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89103; may need to support other locations within the Las Vegas Mero area when business requires.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Enter prescriptions and verify appropriate and accurate information; fill & pick up
• Contact patients, pharmacists and doctor's offices to resolve claims issues
• Process prescriptions (from intake to order completion)
• Resolve customer issues; ensuring accurate information is provided

Required Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Nevada
• 2+ years of experience working as a Pharmacy Technician 
• Ability to always wear a mask during shift if not vaccinated for flu and COVID-19
• Ability to work Monday - Saturday - 40 Hours per week with shifts between 8 AM - 7 PM PST including several weekends
• Ability to stand for the whole work shift
• Must be 18 years of age OR older

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications including the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications
• National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB) 
• Bilingual in Spanish and English 

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $16.00 to $29.00 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
