Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) – Greater Wheeling area
We are seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead a larger Skilled Nursing/LTC facility in the greater Wheeling area.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a solid, well-established parent company that provides strong operational and clinical support, along with a clear path for future career growth into a Regional leadership role .

Ideal Candidate:
- Current Illinois LNHA license
- Proven SNF/LTC Administrator experience
- Larger-building experience preferred
- Strong operational, financial, regulatory, and census-growth skills
- Excellent communicator and team builder
- Ability to lead through collaboration while holding department leaders accountable
