School Psychologist – 2026–2027 School Year

Location: MSD Washington Township Schools, Indianapolis, IN 46260
Schedule: Full-Time
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Contract Dates: August 6, 2026 – May 27, 2027
Pay: $40–$55/hour (based on experience)

About the Opportunity

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Psychologist to join MSD Washington Township Schools in Indianapolis, Indiana for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time opportunity will support students across two elementary schools, providing psychoeducational evaluations, consultation, and interventions to help students achieve academic and behavioral success in a collaborative school environment.

Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations.
Interpret assessment results and prepare written reports.
Participate in eligibility, IEP, and multidisciplinary team meetings.
Provide consultation and recommendations to teachers, families, and school staff.
Support students' academic, behavioral, social, and emotional success.
Collaborate with school personnel to develop and implement effective interventions.
Maintain accurate documentation while ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines.

Qualifications
Master's, Specialist, or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
Active Indiana School Psychologist licensure/certification (or ability to obtain prior to the start date).
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
Previous school-based experience preferred.

Position Details
Full-time schedule (37.5 hours per week)
Contract dates: August 6, 2026 – May 27, 2027
Split between two elementary school buildings
Support students requiring mild interventions
Approximately 10–15 evaluations per school
Collaborative and supportive district environment
