What You'll Do:

• Support agents in meeting business goals and providing friendly, accurate service
• Assist customers with inquiries on policies, claims, and billing

• Full-time students in undergrad or post-grad programs (Insurance, Finance, Marketing, etc.)
• Motivated team players who can also work independently
• Detail-oriented multitaskers with strong time management and interpersonal skills
