What You'll Do:
- Support agents in meeting business goals and providing friendly, accurate service
- Assist customers with inquiries on policies, claims, and billing
- Use your communication skills to build relationships and promote agency growth
Who We're Looking For:
- Full-time students in undergrad or post-grad programs (Insurance, Finance, Marketing, etc.)
- Motivated team players who can also work independently
- Detail-oriented multitaskers with strong time management and interpersonal skills
