This well-established practice, boasting 32 providers across 12 specialties and subspecialties, seeks a physician to contribute to their dynamic team. The position entails 2 days in the outpatient clinic and 2 days providing nursing home care, with a preference for geriatric fellowship training.

• Hybrid Schedule: Enjoy a balanced schedule, spending 2 days at the Multispecialty Clinic and dedicating 2 days to providing nursing home care.

• Comprehensive Services: The Multispecialty Clinic offers a full range of healthcare services, including primary & preventative care, immediate care, specialty care, Lab, X-ray, ultrasound, and ECHO.
