Promotes effective working relations and works as part of a team to meet departmental goals and objectives.Maintains current knowledge, certification, and licensure, and pursues ongoing professional growth and development.Provides patient education and support to address identified needs.Monitors and evaluates patient progress and adjusts care plans as necessary.
