We capture the days couples will remember for the rest of their lives, and we believe the booking experience should feel as thoughtful as the work itself. Our Client Experience team is the first connection a couple has with us, and often the reason they choose us.

THE ROLE:

\n

As a Client Experience Specialist, you guide engaged couples from "we love your work" to "we're booked." You run consultations, help couples find the collection that fits their day and their budget, answer the hundred small questions that come with planning a wedding, and bring each conversation to a confident close with a signed agreement.

\n

\n

This is a relationship role and a sales role at the same time. Couples who book with you should feel cared for, never pressured, and you should be just as comfortable building trust as asking for the booking. Every lead is inbound. There's no cold prospecting: your energy goes into fast, thoughtful responses and great conversations.

\n

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Respond to new inquiries quickly and personally, by email, text, and phone, as they arrive through our round robin
\n
• Run a structured follow-up cadence so no couple slips through the cracks
\n
• Run consultations by phone or video to understand each couple's vision, date, priorities, and budget
\n
• Present our photography, videography, and content collections clearly, and recommend the right fit rather than the biggest one
\n
• Build accurate quotes and agreements in HubSpot and close bookings with a signed agreement and first payment
\n
• Own your pipeline in HubSpot: log every interaction, keep every deal's stage and details accurate, and keep an open next step on every deal
\n
• Hand off booked couples to our coordination team with complete, correct details so their experience stays seamless after the sale
\n
• Stay current on our collections, pricing, policies, and competitors
\n
• Understand the tech behind the scenes on what it takes to provide photography and videography at their wedding

WHO YOU ARE:

\n

\n
• You have 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in weddings, events, hospitality, luxury services, or another high-trust, emotional purchase
\n
• You like people and build rapport fast, including over video and text
\n
• You're comfortable talking about money and asking for the booking
\n
• You're organized and disciplined with follow-up, and you let a CRM run your day (HubSpot or Bullhorn experience is a plus)
\n
• You write warmly and clearly. Your texts sound like a person
\n
• This is a Monday - Friday position but you are available evenings and weekends to take calls if need be, since that's when couples have time to talk
\n
• You're goal-driven and like seeing your numbers
\n

HOW SUCCESS IS MEASURED:

• Monthly booked revenue
\n
• Close rate on assigned leads 
\n
• Same-day first response to new inquiries
\n
• A clean pipeline: every open deal has a next step, fewer than 10 open deals with no next activity
\n
• Accurate handoffs to coordination
\n

YOUR FIRST 90 DAYS:

\n

\n
• A structured training program covering our collections, the wedding industry, HubSpot, call recordings, shadowing, and mock consultations. You'll start taking live calls once you pass the live call certification, usually within the first three weeks.
\n
• January 1: full share of new leads, right as peak booking season starts.
\n
• By the end of Q1: running consultations end to end with confidence, managing a clean pipeline, and closing at or near the team standard.
\n

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

\n

• $40,000 base salary
\n
• Monthly commission based off revenue sold
\n
• First-year on-target earnings of $140,000 to $170,000, with higher earnings possible
\n
• 401(k) matching after 6 months
