What You'll Do:
- Present and sell Luxury Bath NJPA's industry-leading bathroom remodeling products and services to homeowners throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
- Focus on closing deals, not prospectingusing high-quality, pre-qualified leads.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales goals in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in an outside sales role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skillsyou know how to connect with customers and close deals.
- A self-motivated growth mindset and the drive to achieve high earnings.
- Organized and able to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel within New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
