Service Assistant

We are seeking professional customer service experience and excellent verbal and written communication skills. We are looking for self-motivated team players with a positive attitude and individuals who value customer satisfaction. The ServiceAssistantis a key contributor to the Tesla experience.
What You'll Do

• Vehicle cleaning (washing and minor detailing) and shop management
• Deliver vehicles between production, service, and sales operations
• Parts runner -expediteparts requirements as directed from Parts Operations
• Truck & trailer service and maintenance
• Other duties as assigned to meet business needs

What You'll Bring

• Valid driver's licenserequired

• Ability to lift 50 - 60 pounds

Expected Compensation

• Service Support Associate I - $18.90 - $23.87/hour
• Service Support Associate II - $18.90 - $26.24/hour
• Service Support Associate III - $19.08 - $28.62/hour

+ cash and stock awards + benefits for all levels

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
