Field Sales Representative

We are seeking a Field Sales Representative to manage sales and service of material handling equipment, parts, and solutions throughout an established territory covering Washington and Northern Oregon. This position combines customer relationship management, business development, and hands-on mechanical service supporting customers across food and beverage distribution, logistics, healthcare, and industrial markets.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with existing customers throughout the assigned territory
• Inspect, assemble, maintain, and repair material handling equipment
• Identify sales opportunities and recommend equipment, parts, and service solutions
• Develop new business through prospecting, customer visits, and referrals
• Manage inventory, route scheduling, documentation, and expense reporting
• Provide excellent customer service and technical support

Qualifications

• Sales, field service, route delivery, or customer-facing experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience assembling, maintaining, or repairing equipment
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage an assigned territory
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Willingness to travel throughout the territory, including overnight stays
• High school diploma or equivalent
