Role Description The CDL Haul Truck Driver role is a full-time, on-site position based in Midland, TX. The driver is responsible for safely operating and maneuvering haul trucks to transport materials, equipment, and supplies to and from job sites, fabrication facilities, and other company locations. Day-to-day tasks include conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections, securing and unloading cargo, completing required logs and documentation, and adhering to all company safety policies and DOT regulations. The role also involves coordinating with dispatch, project supervisors, and yard personnel to meet delivery schedules and support pipeline, construction, and fabrication activities. Drivers are expected to maintain a clean and well-kept vehicle, report maintenance needs promptly, and represent the company professionally at all times.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A license and a clean driving record; demonstrated truck driving experience with haul or similar heavy vehicles.
• Ability to safely operate and handle trucks and related equipment, including loading, securing, and unloading materials in various field conditions.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations, hours-of-service rules, and proper documentation procedures; commitment to full regulatory compliance.
• Strong focus on safety, situational awareness, and following company policies and industry best practices.
• Ability to work on-site in Midland, TX, including extended hours, weekends, or overtime as project needs require.
• Reliability, punctuality, and strong communication skills for coordinating with dispatch and field teams.
• Experience in energy services, construction, or industrial hauling is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; willingness to participate in ongoing training and certifications.
