As a Service Technician , you’ll be a key part of turning customer challenges into seamless solutions. Based in the Youngsville, NC area, this full-time, field-based position travels daily to service residential and commercial jobsites in the surrounding areas, supporting installations, repairs, and warranty issues. Your expertise and professionalism ensure every project meets the highest standards and customer satisfaction. What We Offer Competitive pay: $18–$28 per hour (based on experience) Full-time, hands-on role with opportunities for growth Paid overtime as needed Company vehicle for daily travel Supportive, team-oriented work environment Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Accident & Critical Illness Coverage Disability & Life Insurance Telehealth Services 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid Time Off (PTO) & Paid Holidays Flexible Time Off Employee Assistance Program (EAP) What You’ll Do Perform field repairs on scratches, chips, and stains Make seam and installation adjustments as needed Modify cutouts for appliances, sinks, faucets, and accessories Troubleshoot construction, renovation, and installation challenges Maintain finished areas meticulously clean and professional Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction, even in challenging situations Take photos to accurately document work and adjustments Collaborate with builder warranty managers to build positive relationships and outcomes What We’re Looking For Must be 23 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license 3–7 years of construction, service, or installation experience Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to communicate professionally with clients, builders, and teammates Organized, timely, and able to manage multiple appointments efficiently Comfortable working in a fast-paced, mobile, field-based environment Physically able to perform tasks including stooping, crouching, lifting up to 100 lbs, and repetitive motions Physical & Work Environment Field-based work traveling daily to jobsites Work primarily from a company vehicle for efficiency Exposure to construction, renovation, and installation environments Maintain professional appearance and follow all safety requirements, including PPE and hard hats Utilize laptop and phone camera to document and communicate effectively Join a Company That Values You We take pride in our team and culture.
