Pay: $28.66/hr
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
This position is ONSITE in Torrance, CA must be able to commute to Torrance, CA

What’s a typical day as an Order Desk Analyst? You’ll be:
- Processing all new AHM Company Vehicle orders for qualifying associates, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Handling incoming calls and correspondence from associates and dealers, providing exceptional customer service.
- Validating and processing company car orders based on order type and associate eligibility, while ensuring all entries are accurately recorded in the CICS mainframe system.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have prior experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Are comfortable working with mainframe systems and have a basic understanding of order processing.
