• Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (last patient at 4:15 PM)
• Hours/Week: 40 hours
• Employment Type: Contract
• Licenses/Certs: IL Medical License, Board Certified/Eligible in Endocrinology, BLS
• Experience: Minimum 1 year preferred

Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $253.50/hour
• Pay Package: Competitive pay discussed upon application

What You'll Do:

• Provide outpatient endocrinology consultation and management for adult and geriatric patients
• Manage common conditions such as hyper/hypothyroidism, Graves' disease, thyroid nodules, pituitary disorders, and diabetes
• Perform fine-needle aspiration (FNA) procedures
• Collaborate with support staff including RNs, diabetes educators, and dietitians
• Document patient encounters thoroughly in EPIC EMR
• Maintain high standards of clinical care and patient safety

What You Need:

• Active Illinois medical license
• Board certification or eligibility in Endocrinology
• Minimum 1 year of outpatient endocrinology experience preferred
• Strong clinical skills in managing thyroid, pituitary, and diabetes-related conditions
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Willingness to work two weeks per month, with schedule flexibility starting in January
