Billing Specialist

The OpportunityThe HealthEZ Billing Specialist supports revenue cycle processes, monthly billing, and revenue reporting. The Billing Specialist will report directly to the Billing Manager. A successful candidate will possess a strong analytical skillset, the ability to work independently, and high level of accuracy in all work. This position is located out of our Bloomington, MN headquarters. Hybrid work considered after successful training has occurred.What you will doGenerate monthly customer invoicesCalculate fees and verify data across systemsSend invoices and supporting materials to the client as neededRespond to billing inquiries from customers and internal stakeholdersApply customer payments in accounting systemPerform other duties as assignedAssociate Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field2+ years' experience in Accounting, Finance or related job requiredExperience with NetSuite preferredHealthcare industry experience preferredExcellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to adapt quickly in a rapidly changing environmentWe make healthcare EZ!Additional Opportunity Details:Target Hourly Rate Compensation Range for this role is $24-$27/hr*Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary include your job specific skills, education, training, job location, number of years of experience related to this role and comparison to other employees already in this role. *Employee benefits are part of the competitive total rewards package that HealthEZ provides to you.
