Part-Time Receptionist / Cashier

Team Honda of Acadiana is looking for a friendly, dependable Part-Time Receptionist / Cashier to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, is comfortable handling cash and customer payments, and is looking for a consistent part-time afternoon schedule. No automotive experience is required. We’re looking for someone who is professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced customer service environment. Pay & Schedule Up to $14.00 per hour, depending on experience Monday-Friday: 1:30 PM-5:30 PM Every other Saturday Consistent part-time schedule What You'll Do Greet customers and provide friendly, professional assistance Answer and direct incoming phone calls Process customer payments accurately and efficiently Handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions Accurately count, balance, and safeguard cash transactions that may total several thousand dollars Provide receipts and assist customers with basic payment questions Perform basic computer and data-entry tasks Maintain accurate records and reconcile transactions Assist with general receptionist and administrative duties Work closely with other dealership departments to provide a great customer experience What We're Looking For Strong customer service and communication skills Basic computer skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable handling and counting large amounts of money Dependable, punctual, and professional Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle financial transactions responsibly Must have a valid government-issued ID Must be able to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening Join Team Honda ofAcadiana If you’re dependable, enjoy helping customers, and are looking for a consistent part-time position with a great team, we’d love to hear from you.
