What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive neonatal care in a 32-bed Level III NICU
• Manage care for infants from a busy nursery supporting approximately 4,000 deliveries annually
• Collaborate closely with a team of 2 Neonatologists and 2 Neonatal Nurse Practitioners
• Perform neonatal procedures, ensuring high standards of care and safety
• Support a collegial, professional environment with mentorship opportunities
• Participate in workflows aligned with Pediatrix standards and patient-centered practices
• Contribute to a supportive team environment with opportunities for professional growth

What You Need

• Medical license in Kentucky or eligible for license in KY
• Board certification (or eligibility) in Neonatology
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced neonatal setting
