Litigation Paralegal

We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Paralegal to support a dynamic legal team handling complex litigation matters. This is a hybrid position based in Portland, OR (3 days in office). This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment on high-impact cases. Key Responsibilities Conduct initial case review to support attorney case strategy and evaluation Draft case chronologies, pleadings, and discovery materials for attorney review Manage all phases of discovery, including document collection, production, and review Coordinate depositions, including scheduling, exhibit preparation, and transcript summaries Prepare and serve subpoenas and coordinate with court reporters and vendors Support litigation database management and document organization Assist with factual investigations, including witness interviews and records review Prepare trial materials including exhibits, binders, and witness lists Assist attorneys during trial, including courtroom and technical support Conduct legal and medical research, cite checking, and validation of case law Maintain organized case files and assist with post-trial and appellate processes Qualifications 3 to 10 years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm or corporate legal department Strong understanding of litigation processes and trial preparation Experience handling document-intensive litigation and managing case workflows Familiarity with Oregon state and federal court procedures Proficiency with Relativity, LiveNote, Trial Director, and Microsoft Office Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team Preferred Trial experience Experience coordinating case teams or junior staff #J-18808-Ljbffr CB Partners, LLC
