Our core services include Rides, Meals, Classes, Care, and Advice. Our Vivalon Rides division delivers safe, reliable, and inclusive transportation—providing medical and assisted rides, custom shuttles for events and communities. Why Join Vivalon? Key Responsibilities: Supervise and assist clients during transit Support drivers with safe loading and unloading of passengers Properly use safety restraints, wheelchair securements, and seat belts Demonstrate empathy and understanding for individuals with disabilities Maintain professional and respectful interactions with clients, coworkers, and community members Follow all health and safety policies and procedures Communicate client concerns to drivers and management Requirements: Requirements: Friendly, reliable, and committed to excellent customer service Genuine desire to help others and support individuals with disabilities Valid California Driver’s License or California ID Card Must be 21 years of age or older Ability to attend an 8 day paid training in San Rafael, CA (commute stipend provided) Provide two professional references Pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening and comply with random testing per federal regulations Ability to pass a background check (Safety Sensitive position) Vivalon is an equal opportunity employer.
